Alright guys I’m posting this a day early so you all have time to prepare, or if you want you can get started a day early.
I’m going to be following a lot of Zuzana’s workouts and implementing her exercises into my own tabata regimen. If you don’t have an interval timer there are online ones such as this one if you just want to do some timed stuff as well.
This is the work out from Zuzana we’ll be doing this first day of March. (I’m going to get mine done today.) Watch the video, see how to perform the exercises, and mentally prep yourself for kicking your own booty!
The workout consists of,
Dive bombers: 10 reps
Burpees: 5 reps
Squat leg lift: 20 per leg
Burpees: 5 reps
Side plank left: 10 per leg
Burpees: 5 reps
Pistol squat: 10 per leg
Burpees: 5 reps
Repeat for a total of three rounds.
Record how long it takes you to do this workout so later you can go back and beat your time! Also always go according to your own fitness level and what feels right. If you can’t do a regular dive bomber, do them from your knees. If you can’t do a full push up, do that from your knees. If you have problems with your joints do low impact burpee jumps by just raising onto your toes for a calf raise. If pistol squats are a little too tough, then do a squat into a chair on one leg then get back up.
